Quarry Lake Fall Festival
► We have completed all of the kids kits (yay!)
► I may have secured a canopy (yay!)
► I will have plastic plant markers and a sharpie for you to mark all your donated plants for sale with prices (and name if you hadn't already).
► Please drop off all plants by the night before at my house unless you are bringing them to the booth BEFORE 11am. You can leave it up on my driveway IN FRONT OF my car.
► We will need 2 simple poster signs that say "PLANTS FOR SALE / To Benefit Garden Club" & "FREE Children's Project / Age 13 & Under". Does anyone want to make them ?!
► If you are scheduled for a shift, please be prompt and show up about 5-10 minutes before your shift time so that instructions can be passed on. Take a moment to note down the cell phone number of the person BEFORE you from the Membership Directory, in case of an emergency and you cannot show up.
► If you can help me set up, let me know & meet at 10am at our booth location
